I Believe In You.

17:12

Growing up I would always try and have my mind set focused on what I did have, and not on what I didn't have or would've liked to have and although that is fine, it is also fine to have "goals" and things you aspire to have in order to get a little kick in the backside when needed.
These "goals" I am talking about can range from mental goals, fitness goals, health goals to things such as cars, relationship goals, life ones or even to the tiniest things such as having a KFC every Saturday night after work. If that is the case, just go for it. In my opinion, KFC doesn't need any excuse.
Anyway back to my rambling nonsense; "Goals" may seem stupid and irrelevant to some people but to me personally, they are really rewarding. The feeling you get after achieving something that you have put time and effort into is one thing, but getting the reward at the other side is another.
Finishing 5 repetitions of 15 squats is one thing, but looking in the mirror and liking the difference that you see is another whole story. That is one of the many none materialistic goals I have set myself. Others vary from stupid things like reaching 10.000 Instagram followers or 2.000 YouTube ones, to cutting down my chocolate consumption unless I am on my period and by far, this is my hardest as I am even scuffing chocolate whilst typing this.
Maybe your goal is to finish your taxes paperwork and go drink cocktails, well do me a favor and drink on behalf of us both. Whatever your goals are/is you are gonna smash them, I believe in you!

What are your thoughts on goals? Are they as stupid and irrelevant as this post? x
