Biotin & Collagen empties

13:24

Recently, I have been reviewing quite a variety of hair care products, so as I have finally used up my Biotin & Collagen newbies, I thought, why not add these beauties on to the bandwagon?

The Thickening shampoo is probably the one I got the most use out of. I do like to switch my shampoo's and conditioners around from time to time, so I haven't used this all up in one run, will that give me the same thickening effect? I definitely feel the first day volume after using this shampoo, but nothing out of the ordinary (gotta be real).

I am actually still trying out the oil and I believe it does work, I apply it when needed after drying my hair and it definitely has volume, although I don't know down to what product precisely.

On to the Conditioner; I don't know if I am the ideal person to be reviewing this. To me, every conditioner feels the same, softening to the ends and little more. Is that just me? I feel as if conditioners have a lot of weight in them that is removing the volume or the thickness of the shampoo, as if maybe the Tresseme's reverse formula is the real way to do all conditioners, what are your opinions on conditioners?

Getting prepped for Summer.

19:00

Am I the only one that is buzzing for Summer? I cannot wait for shorts, tans, bikinis... Although I hate sweating and being over-hot I've started missing it, so in very early preparation, I kitted out on some essentials to try and help me keep my skin looking good.

Starting with Body Lotion you will be familiar to mentioning Creightons as I have been loving their shower and bath products this year. They smell so super refreshing and they leave your skin feeling moisturized and soft.

As I have been missing a tan under my makeup I have been pushing myself to try and self-tan and I have had great reviews from this Madame-La-La tan with built in hydrator and natural fade.

As I have never been a wax person, I have never "splurged" on razors, I simply go to my local supermarket and pick up the same euro ones every time, so about a week ago that changed as I saw this Swedish company online called "KORP" and I thought I would give them a go and I have honestly fallen in love with my razor (sounds creepy, I know).

As I my hair is starting to go darker and I am missing my natural blonde, I decided to stock up again on natural blonding products (I don't know if that's actually a word), and again I opted for a Creightons one (It smells amazing). Yet I haven't seen a difference in colour but it defiantly leaves your hair nourished, silky and soft.
Are you already getting prepped for the summer? If so, what products are you stocking up on or using?

2015

Hair care favorites 2015.

18:00

Every single time I talk about 'hair care' I somehow fit Nelly products in to the subject and I don't know how I have grown to love them so much. I remember the first time I purchased the product after having my hair chopped off at the beginning of the year (this sounds like a romantic comedy or something), but it did actually happen. Once I got my hair cut I went out on the hunt for hair products that would work great with my hair and create the finish look I wanted, and Nelly was the one.

I think the straightening shampoo and hair mask will forever be my two faves although these are no longer available in most shops (sadly). These left my hair feeling nourished and rich in shine and still made my hair look healthy and straight which is one thing that most straightening shampoos don't actually do.

To be completely honest I am not as happy with Nelly's new collection as I was with the previous. Maybe its just the retailers I know and buy from don't have the complete collection, I don't know as I haven't yet researched as much as I should.

With that said, I do still have a couple of favorites out of their new collection, these being the normal  shampoo, the ultra repair shampoo and the hydra shine hair mask that contains apple extracts (it smells amazing!!).

Now that I have bored you 'Nellyless' I do have one other product I have been loving and this is the volumising dry hair shampoo from Batiste. I love how this product seams to last me forever although I use it every day regardless, and obviously it leaves my hair non greasy and volumised as you would expect from a volumising dry hair shampoo.

And they are my top hair care favorites. I know I hardly mentioned any for a year worth of favorites, but these are the absolute favorites as I have used them non stop and they are my number one recommendations!
